When we first moved to Madison we shopped around a bit for a residential exterminator to perform a complete termite inspection on our new home. We liked Dorsey's helpful attitude and pleasant demeanor right away and liked Quality Pest Management even more when Dorsey came out and we saw how thorough he was. He didn't leave anything unchecked and chatted to us along the way about what he was doing. He provided an impressive inspection report that we are keeping on file for when we sell the house. Thankfully we didn't need termite control but we signed up for their regular pest control anyway to treat general household insects and pests that we might come across. We are also going to sign up for commercial pest control too as soon as we finalize the purchase of our new office space.

He does such a thorough job of all of our residential pest control - cockroach control, ant control as well as termite control of course and any other pests that bother us. We have even called them to our office for our commercial pest control and they do just a great a job!
